How long do personalized pieces take?
Most personalized orders ship within 5–10 business days. More intricate designs may take slightly longer, and we’ll always confirm timing at checkout.
Can I preview my personalization?
Yes. If needed, we’ll confirm your details by email before production to ensure everything is just right.

What metals do you use?
We primarily work with 14K solid gold (yellow, with select pieces in white or rose gold) and platinum, chosen for their beauty and longevity.
Select pieces in our collection are crafted in 18K gold vermeil — a thick layer of solid gold over sterling silver — offering the look and feel of fine jewelry in an accessible, everyday style.
Are your pieces nickel-safe?
Yes. All of our jewelry is made with skin-safe materials and is free of nickel. If you have sensitivities, we’re happy to help you choose the best piece.
What chain length should I choose?
Our most-loved everyday length is 16 inches, with many styles adjustable to 18 inches. You’ll find sizing details on each product page, or you can reach out for personalized advice.

How fast is shipping?
Ready-to-ship pieces typically leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the piece.
Some designs may ship shortly after major holidays — if timing is important, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Do you offer returns?
Yes—unworn, non-personalized jewelry may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Personalized or custom pieces are final sale, but we’re always here to help if you have questions.
